[PRETORIA, SOUTH AFRICA, 2020/03/24]-Qode Health Solutions has developed an online learning platform that supports healthcare professionals and staff by giving them access to web-based education courses and live virtual training sessions. NPOs and NGOs working in public healthcare will have free access to the TRISCOMS® professional education platform and Microsoft Office 365 for a period of 6 months, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Following the national lockdown declared by President Cyril Ramaphosa, Qode EDOnline is a hybrid education technology system that alleviates the pressures imposed by coronavirus (COVID-19) travel restrictions. The platform is built on TRISCOMS®, a world-class Education Technology (EdTech) software that Qode has customised in partnership with Pioneering Solutions Studio (PSS) to support professional development without the need to interact physically.
Through TRISCOMS®, any NPO or NGO in the health sector can acquire sponsored TRISCOMS® and/or Microsoft Office 365 licences to train their staff by uploading existing training content such as images, presentations, documents, videos, standard operating procedures, and much more. Qode has further partnered with Foundation for Professional Development (FPD) to assist NGOs and NPOs in licensing accredited training material across various categories that include, but are not limited to Coronavirus, HIV, TB, GBV, STIs, management and many more.
