Qode Knowledge Center
We understand that monitoring and evaluation are ongoing critical practices in the assessment and alignment of performance and progress. We have extensive experience in managing health data to assist with automated data collection and ‘real-time’ reporting.
Developed as a centralised data warehouse that optimises data analytics and management, Qode Knowledge Center solves issues such as poor-quality community and facility data, laborious data clean-up processes, incorrect data capturing, and time-consuming paper processes by utilising software infrastructure that facilitates and supports effective monitoring and evaluation.
By employing innovative data collection tools, analytical algorithms, and intuitive Business Intelligence platforms, the platform provides real-time information that is timely, accurate, cost-efficient, and standardised. Based on the Microsoft Technology Stack, Knowledge Center hosts, encrypts, and audits all data captured using the latest Microsoft Azure hosting environments for safety, availability, and POPIA compliance.
With Qode being a certified Microsoft Gold Cloud Solutions Partner, all data hosted within the Qode Knowledge Center adheres to Microsoft best practice and global quality standards. Qode utilises tools like PowerBI, Azure SQL, Azure Security Center, and Azure Databricks.
With the integration of a centralised data repository, Qode Knowledge Center supports multiple data entry methods such as excel spreadsheets, web or mobile interfaces, as well as consolidates information from disparate data sources into cohesive and complete data reports.
Moreover, functionality of the system allows linkages into the National Laboratory Service Lab Information System through Qode Insight, to provide a comprehensive real-time view of blood results related to HIV and/or TB.
Qode Knowledge Center additionally enables custom project reports to be built based on industry-specific compliance processes. To expedite data reporting to donors, funders, partners and relevant stakeholders, these reports are automatically generated into dynamic and static reports that are complemented with customised, interactive, and user-friendly visual dashboards developed by powerful Business Intelligence tools.
Knowledge Center currently supports South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Ghana with the collection and reporting of healthcare program data across projects funded by USAID and Global Fund.
